
Yesterday I went to Tae Kwon Do at 7:00 PM, and worked out HARD, and practiced things. Then we went to sleep and woke up to the (very) loud sound of the gong. It woke me up, but I had a ringing in my ears,for about an hour afterwards. After more practice, we did a small "warmup", in which we did knuckle push-ups on a concrete in-line hockey court. We then ran on the bike trail for three miles, then sprinted a hill a couple of times. When we were done with the outside portion of the endurance test, we did the inside portion. Almost immedietly after we had had our lunch, we did a jog, push-ups, and crunches drill. Then we did a
